specifications, engineering instructions, manufacturing directions, or recommendations for a

ACA Care Management develops engineering designs and technical documentation intended to
support organizations taking prosthetic technologies into subsequent stages of development and
manufacturing.
We do not represent through this website that ACA Care Management manufactures, fabricates,
assembles, sells, dispenses, or fits prosthetic devices. Manufacturing organizations and other
downstream participants are responsible for activities falling within their respective roles.
A design being prepared for manufacturing does not mean that a finished device has been
manufactured, validated, approved, or determined suitable for a particular patient or commercial
application
Regulatory Status Is Separate From Website Content
Prosthetic technologies may be subject to regulatory, quality, testing, documentation, labeling, and
other requirements depending on the device, intended use, development stage, and jurisdiction.
Nothing displayed on this website should be interpreted as representing that a particular design,
technology, concept, or future product has received regulatory authorization or satisfies every
requirement applicable to commercialization.
Any regulatory or compliance responsibilities undertaken by ACA Care Management are limited to
